1. WHENEVER you cream/moisturise your face & neck moisturise up using upward strokes, dont drag your skin downwards because it’s best not to drag the skin on your face down in any way.
2. PRODUCTS that contain alcohol are often way too strong for teenage skin. You can tell if a product is too strong if it dries out your skin and leaves your skin feeling really tight. It’s good to look at the ingredients in the in products you use.
3.KEEP your skin clean. Remove any make-up before you go to bed. If you wear foundation you’ll need to care for your skin more because foundation blocks your teeny tiny pores.
4. CHANGE your pillow case regularly because what’s the point of cleansing your beautiful face before bed If you’re gonna put your face on a nasty pillowcase that hasn’t been changed in months.Yuk!
5. STRESS, dehydration (lack of water), too much artificial sugar, binge drinking, smoking, drugs, not enough physical exercise can have a negative affect on your mind and body but also on your skin.
6.WE all have different skin types. Don’t follow anyone else’s basic skin care routine just take the time to understand your skin type and do what is best for your skin.
